The Garden Room
Built from Pod foundations with bespoke suspended steel insulation floors, tanalised pressure treated tumber, 80mm celotex insulation, breathable membrane, external cladding built with treated cedar and epdm one-piece roofs.
All windows and doors are pvc or aluminium energy A rated and high-security and all internals are plastered. LED lighting, sockets, armoured cable from your house and Part P certificate.
Also available is underfloor heating, laminate wood, floor tiles, decking, integral blinds etc.

What are your garden rooms built from?
Each garden room is built on pod foundations with a bespoke suspended steel insulated floor, using tanalised pressure treated timber for the frame. External cladding is treated cedar, and the roof is a one piece EPDM membrane. Internally, everything is plastered for a proper finished room rather than a basic outbuilding.
Do garden rooms need electrics and building regulations sign off?
Our garden rooms include LED lighting, sockets and an armoured cable supply run from your house, along with a Part P certificate for the electrical installation, so the work is properly certified. Depending on the size, use and position of your garden room, wider building regulations may also apply, which we can advise you on as part of your quotation.
Can I add extras like underfloor heating or blinds?
Yes. Alongside the standard specification, we can also include underfloor heating, laminate wood or floor tiles, decking, and integral blinds, so you can finish the space to suit how you plan to use it.
Do you handle the whole project, including decor and landscaping?
Yes. Our experienced building team designs, supplies and installs your garden room from start to finish, including final décor and external landscaping if required, so you are not left coordinating separate tradespeople.

Established in 1998, Window Mart have gone from strength to strength culminating in the opening of our new show complex at Old Barn Garden Centre near Horsham. All Window Mart staff are employed by the company and drive fully equipped company vehicles. We have our own building team for groundwork and brickwork.
