Framework
The latest uPVC technology with no compromise, wide range of colour finishes, choice of white, mahogany, rosewood, light oak, cream, black and grey being some of the more popular. Either applied to all surfaces or external only. Our windows and doors are 70mm deep and have been purposely designed for the UK market’s unique architecture.
Glazing
Our products are glazed from the inside, using removable beads, available in sculptured designs to match your specific application. Fitted with Heatguard® full 28mm argon filled warm edge high performance sealed glazing units.
For bathrooms, WCs and privacy windows, we also supply the full range of Pilkington obscure glass patterns — 18 designs to choose from.
Energy Saving
Energy efficiency is the central drive in our product development programme. Casement Windows
Chamfered
With all the functional attributes you would expect from a quality assured product, our chamfered range places an equal emphasis on aesthetic value. Internally glazed with a choice of designs and glazing styles, the chamfered range allows you to transform your home to suit your individual taste. Constructed using some of the finest, low maintenance materials, the chamfered range is available in a choice of effects with an additional option of woodgrain on white frames. Its bespoke good looks makes the chamfered range the perfect complement to contemporary or period properties, adding style and value.
Sculptured
The next generation is here. The new sculptured range is more intricate in its detail providing the looks of high quality joinery. Offers significant improvement over time and first time replacement PVCu windows. The decorative design is slimmer in appearance and offers the same levels of security and superior build quality that homeowners have come to expect.

Traditional Sash Style, Modern Performance
Window Mart supplies Roseview’s complete Rose Collection of uPVC vertical sliding sash windows. Designed and manufactured in the UK, these windows recreate the character of traditional timber sashes while providing modern energy efficiency, security and low-maintenance performance.
Three Rose Collection Options
The collection includes three models for different homes, styles and budgets:
- Ultimate Rose – the most authentic timber-alternative option, with an ultra-slim 35mm meeting rail, seamless construction and traditional mechanical joints.
- Heritage Rose – a classically styled sash window with slim profiles and traditional detailing, particularly suited to period properties.
- Charisma Rose – a versatile and more cost-effective option with a slightly bolder, contemporary appearance.
Warm, Secure and Easy to Maintain
Every Rose Collection window is A-rated for energy efficiency as standard, with a standard U-value of 1.5 W/m²K and glazing upgrades available. Ultimate Rose and Heritage Rose can achieve a U-value as low as 1.2 W/m²K with the appropriate specification.
The range can also be upgraded for enhanced security and acoustic performance. Tilting sashes make cleaning easier, while the uPVC frames will not require the regular painting associated with traditional timber windows.

Choose from different colours, finishes, glazing styles, sash horns, astragal bars, furniture, cills and ventilation options. How much do new uPVC windows cost?
The cost depends on the size, style and number of windows, along with any extras such as obscure glass or a particular colour finish. How long do uPVC windows last?
Good quality uPVC windows, properly installed, typically last several decades with very little upkeep. Our windows use a 70mm deep profile and Heatguard argon filled sealed glazing units, built for durability as well as energy performance.
Do uPVC windows discolour or turn yellow over time?
Older or lower quality uPVC could fade or yellow, particularly on south facing elevations. Modern uPVC, like the profiles we use, is manufactured to resist UV fading far better than older generations of the material, which is part of why it needs so little maintenance to keep its finish.
How do I clean and maintain uPVC windows?
uPVC windows need very little maintenance. A wipe down with warm soapy water a few times a year keeps the frames looking good, and there is no painting or varnishing required, unlike timber windows.
Are uPVC windows good for reducing outside noise?
Yes. Our windows are fitted with sealed double glazed units that improve noise reduction compared to older or single glazed windows, which makes a real difference if you are on a busier road or near other outside noise.
Do I need planning permission to replace my windows?
Most like-for-like window replacements do not require planning permission. Different requirements may apply to listed buildings, properties covered by an Article 4 Direction and some conservation-area homes. Rose Collection sash windows provide traditional styling with modern performance, but homeowners should confirm any restrictions with their local authority before work starts.
What is the difference between your chamfered and sculptured window ranges?
The chamfered range has clean, angled edges and suits both contemporary and period properties. The sculptured range is more intricate in its detailing, giving the appearance of high quality joinery with a slimmer profile. Both offer the same levels of security and build quality. Established in 1998, Window Mart have gone from strength to strength culminating in the opening of our new show complex at Old Barn Garden Centre near Horsham. All Window Mart staff are employed by the company and drive fully equipped company vehicles. We have our own building team for groundwork and brickwork.
